Flex 3 Hardware System Launch
3-D Renderings
In partnership with industrial designers and 3D artists, I reengineered how we approach hardware renderings to support the scale and modularity of the Flex 3 ecosystem. I established standardized face card views with accurate device scale to power the ecomm bundle builder experience (see below), and expanded our visual language through environment-driven stills and motion.
The resulting layered Photoshop mockup files allow devices and shadows to be toggled on and off and POS screens to be swapped quickly, reducing production friction and giving the team the flexibility to generate a wide range of assets across markets, restaurant types, and in-product moments.
Ecomm Visual System
In partnership with our ecommerce team, I led the creation of a scalable visual system for product imagery that allows customers to visualize hardware bundles as they build their configurations. The system supports the full family of devices and peripherals across multiple viewing angles, reinforcing the modular and customizable nature of the Flex 3 platform. By creating a consistent, high-fidelity rendering framework, I helped unify how hardware is presented across packaging, web, and sales environments, enabling the US market to consolidate 50+ hardware SKUs down to roughly 12 while supporting a complex, configurable product ecosystem.
Product Photography & Videography
I led a multi-day, multi-location casted product shoot to support the Flex 3 launch, producing a foundational library of 125+ photos and hours of b-roll footage. Designed to showcase the hardware’s speed, durability, ease of use, and modular functionality, the assets addressed major gaps in our library and equipped marketing and sales teams with launch-ready content. For a deeper look into the photography strategy and execution, check out the full hardware photography project.
Sales Enablement
I led the global sales enablement transition to Flex 3, auditing and modernizing all customer-facing materials to retire legacy hardware and introduce the new system consistently across markets. As our first international hardware launch, I established the framework for how we would scale hardware messaging globally, developing a modular one-pager deployed across five markets in three languages and updating 12 localized pitch decks to create a cohesive, repeatable foundation for future launches.
